Moorhen in Holland Park

Half-term at Holland Park

If you're looking for something to occupy your children at half-term, the RBKC Ecology Service is running wildlife and environmental activities from Monday 16th to Friday 20th February in Holland Park's wooded Wildlife Area.

The fun-packed and educational programme has 10 sessions for 5- to 10-year-olds and these include:

Creepy Crawlies
Hunt for minibeasts in the woods.

Orienteering
Explore the wildlife area using hidden clues and a map.

Friend or Foe
Discover the deadly and helpful plants that grow in the woods.

Birds in the Park
Come bird watching in the wildlife area.

The two-hour sessions run from 10am to 12 noon or from 2pm to 4pm every day from Monday February 16th to Friday February 20th. Each session costs £4.50 for Kensington and Chelsea residents and £5.40 for non-residents. Children under 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Booking and pre-payment are essential.
