Activities in Holland Park include Spot the Ladybird

Summer holidays at Holland Park

The school summer holidays are soon coming and if you're looking for some exciting outdoor activities for your children, the RBKC Ecology Service is running wildlife and environmental sessions from Tuesday 28th July to Friday 28th August in Holland Park.

The fun-packed and educational programme has a variety of sessions for two age groups, 5- to 10-year-olds and 8- to 12-year-olds. Sessions for the younger group last two hours from 10am to 12 noon or from 2 to 4pm. Sessions for the older children last four hours from 11am to 3pm.

Sessions include:
- Spot the Ladybird, exploring the world of ladybirds and creating ladybird crafts.
- Birds in the Park, bird watching in the wildlife area and making a clay model.
- Cunning Camouflage, learn how animals keep hidden and play some camouflage games.

The two-hour sessions cost £4.30 for RBKC residents and £5.50 for non-residents, while the four-hour sessions cost £8.10 for RBKC residents and £9.70 for non-residents.
