Free volleyball coaching

Earls Court is hosting the volleyball competition this summer and to celebrate that fact national volleyball champions Polonia Volleyball Club are offering free coaching sessions at Kensington Leisure Centre.

The coaching sessions are on Wednesday evenings from 6 to 7pm. People of all ages and abilities are welcome to join in.

Mark Kontopoulos, head coach of Polonia Ladies Volleyball Club, said: "Volleyball is a fantastic, highly enjoyable sport and a great way to have fun, keep fit, develop sporting skills and socialise.”
